I'm two months into my personal quest to shed excess body fat, build muscle, and strengthen my legs, butt, and core post-spinal surgery. I'd hit my heaviest weight ever at 102.9kg (226.9lbs)...a lot more than my modest 173cm (5'8) frame was built for!
It's more than just physical change; it's about embracing a healthier, happier lifestyle while staying true to my muscle-bear physique. Here's the full story from spinal surgery to muscle bear up to now...
A New Beginning: Overcoming Adversity
In December 2023, following spinal surgery, I faced a challenging road ahead. Determined not to let this setback dampen my spirits, I was prescribed to get walking every day, building up my range over time.
I also had a specific set of physiotherapy exercises tailored to strengthen my legs, butt, and core. These exercises were not just about physical recovery but also about reclaiming my strength and vitality.
The surgery aimed to fix a bulging disc in my L5/S1 spine (down low), which also gave me severe sciatica. I was unable to walk or move about at all in the weeks before the surgery despite being on a lot of painkillers!
Strength Through Adversity: Leg Day Every Day

Getting into the fresh air allowed me to get steps in and feel my independence return, it became more than just a workout routine; it was a symbol of resilience.
Through targeted exercises designed by my physiotherapist, I slowly but steadily regained the strength in my legs. Each squat, lunge, and leg press was a testament to my determination to bounce back.
A strong core is the foundation of a fit physique, while a well-built butt adds a touch of aesthetics. With a mix of planks, bridges, and targeted core exercises, I focused on strengthening my midsection and sculpting the perfect peach. Each rep brought me closer to my goal of achieving a healthier, happier version of myself.
The Pursuit of Muscle-Bear Excellence
My fitness journey isn't just about physical transformation; it's about embracing my identity as a proud member of the muscle bear community. Through sweat, dedication, and unwavering commitment, I aim to inspire others within the LGBTQ+ community to prioritize their health and well-being.
I've been sharing weekly updates on my Instagram, showing my weight lost per week. Adding kettlebell arm workouts to bulk up my guns on Chaturbate live broadcasts (in between jerking off for you all) has helped me to make the most of my time and share the journey with you.
At time of writing, I'm down to 98.7kg (217.6lbs), thanks to my daily exercises and reducing my calorie intake. The discipline to not snack between meals and have those extra slices of toast in the evening is tough to maintain!

Fitness Motivation: Finding Joy in the Process
I find motivation in the progress I make each day. It's not always about the end goal but the small victories along the way. Whether it's nailing a new personal record in my workouts or seeing complimentary comments on my socials and fansites, every step forward fuels my determination to push harder.
